I love how light and portable it is, and its perfect for students who only really need a keyboard and a wifi connection. Would definitely recommend to anyone who carries their work with them.

Can make working on the go difficult as it requires a wifi connection. written works are saved offline, but it works best with a steady connection.
It crashes all of the time. I returned the first laptop because it would totally lock up on me, but the second laptop does the same. I probably have to force a reboot twice a day. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone based on this point alone.
freezing is one of the bad bits i dislike about this product.
So, there you go – the good, with the bad and the ugly. Still, for this price it’s worth the investment as long as you don’t use it to run resource-intensive applications. It’s not really meant for that sort of rugged use because, after all, it is a Chromebook, not a laptop.
Physically, though, it should be quite robust because it’s basically a device for students. The build is solid enough, and at 1.1 kgs, it’s not likely to give your kids a premature hunch carrying this around in their backpacks all day!
