LG Electronics has partnered with Paytm Mall to provide an online platform for consumers to visit and select from LG’s huge range of products. The partnership is said to bring all their 650 stores across 70 cities online and will help in generating additional sales and leave the customers with enriched experience – pre and post sales.
The partnership will also enhance the service in terms of quick delivery (next day or same day) along with authorized installation services at your doorstep.
LG, the South Korean company known for its consumer electronics and home appliances, has always worked to give better products and enhance people’s life – as its tagline says, “Life’s Good”. It started with “We put people first” and later evolved to “Digitally Yours”.
Paytm, founded in August 2010, is an Indian electronic payment and e-commerce company based out of Delhi. Paytm was founded and incubated by One 97 Communications Limited as a prepaid mobile recharge website. As of early this year staff strength was 13,000 employees, and the company has 3 million offline merchants across India. It also operates the Paytm payment gateway and the Paytm Wallet.

Paytm Mall’s 020 (Offline-to-Online) will play a significant role in supporting the brands to serve online demand with offline supply. The offline-to-online platform will add convenience to customers and brands alike. This platform is likely to increase their offline distribution sales while making sure that their products are available to consumers online. It’s a significant step in allowing buyers to purchase from trusted local stores with an option of getting same day or next day delivery.
The company is said to be adding 3000 agents to its current workforce to make the Paytm Mall 020 project a success.
