Moto Z² Force Release Date Confirmed, Special Pre-order Offers Available Now

Moto Z² Force

The Moto Z² Force edition along with Moto Mod is to be made available starting August 10. Let’s take a look at what Moto Z² Force and the new Moto Mod are all about.

The new Moto Mod is set to connect users to the world in more meaningful, intentional and purposeful ways.

The new Moto Z² Force comes with features that shatter limitations – that means a screen which is guaranteed, a sleek and all-metal design, dual 12MP cameras and the fastest possible data speed.

While most smartphone owners have experienced the pain of breaking their device, the new Moto ShatterShield technology supposedly gives users peace of mind in any eventuality. The device comes with a 5.5-inch Quad HD AMOLED display that is guaranteed, and the new Moto Z’s thin, polished design is reinforced with the strength of 7,000 series aluminium, a unique combination.

The device comes with a dual camera with 12MP, one monochrome, and one color. Both camera sensors are designed to work together to capture top quality pictures, every time. It has selective focus and can help you shoot like a pro by adding a blur effect to the background or foreground of images. That’s very similar to the bokeh effect that came with iPhone 7 Plus and its Portrait Mode. The enhanced software saves a lot of time and makes life easier, says the company.

The new 360 Camera Moto Mod for the Moto Z device allows users to capture everything in 360 degrees. It allows recording 4k video featuring immersive 3D audio. It is also easily editable and can be customized to the user’s needs. It also allows capturing 150-degree ultra-wide-angle still front and rear photos.

Moto Z² Force is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor – 2.35 GHz Octa-Core CPU and Adreno 540 GPU. It has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB with microSD card support expandable up to 2TB. The display comes in 5.5-inch Quad HD 1440p (1440 x 2560) POLED ShatterShield.

The battery offers 2730 mAh and remains charged up to 24 hours, plus turbo power for quick charging.

Moto Z² Force is making its way to all major US carriers, include AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Verizon, in addition to Best Buy and Motorola.com. That’s a change from previous years, but the big deal is that it has the 4X4MIMO chipset, which means 4G LTE support on all carriers.

The device will be available globally on August 10, but pre-orders begin today with special offers – for example, when you buy one, you’ll get a free Insta-Share Projector Moto Mod by mail for a limited period. The other offer includes BOGO (Buy One Get One) Free offers from Sprint and T-Mobile.

Starting August 10, the Moto 360 Camera will also be available for $299.99.
