It’s back-to-school sale season, and most major retailers are gearing up for the spike ahead of September. Target currently has a great offer on the iPad Pro 9.7-inch Wi-Fi variant, with prices starting at $449.99 for the 32GB option.
The iPad Pro 9.7-inch version is a pretty versatile device. For a long time, Apple refused to cater to the needs of business customers. And that was mainly because of how Steve Jobs felt about the whole thing. Times have changed, and Apple is now aligning itself to the needs of corporates. Adding a keyboard case, implementing better device security and even outright making iOS 11 a business-user-oriented operating system are all part of this initiative.
Of course, you won’t see iOS 11 on this deal device, since it’s not released yet. However, once it drops for all iDevices after iPhone 8 launches, you should be able to upgrade the iPad Pro to the latest iOS version.
Feature-wise, iPad Pro is as solid as they come: a 2048 x 1536 pixel retina display with True Tone, HD cameras for iSight and FaceTime, Apply Pay integration, fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi, Touch ID, a 64-bit A9X chipset, four speaker audio and other key features make this a definite must-have for the tablet connoisseur.
And at a killer price of $450, it’s a steal for sure, not to mention perfect for students when you add in an Apple Pencil and a Smart Keyboard. Those will set you back $100 and $150, respectively, but with this kind of discount on the device, you’re only spending a few bucks extra to get some really useful accessories.
Target is currently offering three variants of the iPad Pro 9.7-inch tablet: 32GB, 128GB and 256GB. They’re available in four colors: Silver, Gold, Rose Gold and Space Gray. Pricing starts at $449.99 for the base model and goes up to $649.99 for the top-end variant.
