Target to Shut its Doors on 2017 Black Friday Morning Until 6 am

Target-Black-Friday-2017

U.S. retail major Target is giving a 6-hour break to its employees on Black Friday this year. The stores will open on Thanksgiving evening at 6pm, then close at midnight and re-open for business on Black Friday morning at 6am.

That’s a change from 2016, when the retailer’s stores across the country were open from 6pm on Thanksgiving Day until 11pm on Black Friday. The company has already released its 2017 Black Friday ad, which highlights early-access discounts for Target REDcard holders starting the day before Thanksgiving.

As usual, Target is offering several deals on Apple products, including a $250 gift card with the purchase and qualified activation of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone SE at $99.99 and several deals on Apple Watch and iPad devices.

As the retail segment gears up for the biggest shopping volumes of the year, we’re bound to see some interesting and innovative offers from all the major names. For example, Amazon this year is offering discounts on third-party sellers’ products by subsidizing the cost for its shoppers.

Keep your eyes peeled for the best deals from the nation’s largest retailers during the 2017 holiday season.
