The Story:
Two more women have accused Roy Moore of pursuing them. Earlier today we reported the incident with Gena Richardson. Here’s the incident with Becky Gray, as reported by The Post.
This Happened:
Gray, then 22, says she was working at a men’s department store of Pizitz in the same mall from which Moore is rumored to have been banned for approaching young girls there.
Gray, now 62, told The Post:
“It would always be on Friday or Saturday night. Parents would drop kids off, let them roam the mall. Well, he started coming up to me.”
Gray says she was approached by Moore, but says that her response to anyone at the time was that “I’d always say no, I’m dating someone, no, I’m in a relationship.”
Despite the rebuff, however, Gray noted that Moore would linger on, eventually prompting her to complain to her manager.
One store manager at Sear’s, where at least two of these girls worked, even warned new hires to “watch out for this guy.”
