After J.K. Rowling, Warner Bros. and just about everyone of note connected with the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald movie, the sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, spoke of supporting Johnny Depp’s casting in the titular role, his ex-wife Amber Heard has lashed out at whoever took their joint statement out of context.
In a tweet clarifying the matter, Heard wrote:
For the record, this was our FULL joint statement.To pick&choose certain lines & quote them out of context, is not right.Women, stay strong. pic.twitter.com/W7Tt6A3ROj

The fact that Heard donated monies from the finance to a charity didn’t appear to be important enough for anyone else to quote, but it is apparently very important for Heard to be heard after the ugly split with Depp turned into an amicable settlement.
