In reality, muting people is not something out there as it has been a part of Instagram Stories. To mute an Instagram Story, you simply need to tap and hold the profile picture of the person whose stories you wish to hide and then hit the Mute button to complete the task.

The Stories was once the best feature of Snapchat, but Snapchat’s feature only has 200 million users worldwide.
