The Mac App Store to get an iOS 11-like design

One of the best things when it comes to Apple iOS lies in its App Store. Every day, there is a barrage of apps released for the App Store, allowing users to download and enjoy their favorite apps on their iPhone and iPad. Apple has been improving its digital app store since the launch day in order to offer a better user experience.

In iOS 11, Apple redesigned the App Store, making it more visually appealing and intuitive for users. The user interface is now much simpler, with new app pages, much-improved Search tab, and new Today tab. The coolest part is that Apple removed hundreds of thousands of apps from its App Store to make it cleaner.

New App Store design was met with mostly positive reviews from users worldwide at launch. And, there is a good chance that Apple will bring the design to the Mac App Store. Sources say that the Mac App Store will get the same design as the iOS 11 App Store. This adds up to what we heard in previous rumors that Apple has been working on new design for the App Store for Mac.

The Mac App Store was first introduced back in 2011, allowing users to download and install apps for their Mac. However, the Mac App Store is falling behind its iOS counterpart as it lacks a lot of exciting apps.

Sources say that Apple has been working on new updates that bring iOS 11-like design to the Mac Store. The Cupertino company has been trying to create an extensive ecosystem, allowing its devices to work seamlessly together.

We are now so close to Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference event, where Apple is expected to unveil the next generation macOS.
