However, Facebook does not allow you to download and save videos to your phone so that you can watch them later or when you are offline. Fortunately, there is a barrage of third-party apps out there for you to download Facebook videos to your smartphone. With that in mind, we are here to help.

You can update your device by opening the Settings app, select General > Software Update and install any available updates.

Facebook Downloader
Facebook downloader is an online downloader that allows you to download any Facebook video to your phone and PC. However, you need to download a web browser that supports file downloads from Facebook. In this case, we recommend you use DManager.
Step one: First off, open the App Store on your iPhone and then download DManager
Step two: Once the download is complete, open the Facebook app on your iPhone, then locate the video you wish to download to your iPhone
Step three: Next up, tap on the Share button at the bottom right corner of the screen and then hit Copy Link to proceed
Step four: Now, open the DManager app and then simply enter fbdownload.io into the address field
Step five: Now just hit the Download button and you will be presented with a list of all resolution options. Select your preferred one, then tap and hold on the Download button and hit the Download button to complete the task.
Once you are done, the app will start downloading your videos. Normally, you can save your videos to the Camera Roll on your iPhone.

Facebook ++
Facebook ++ is a great app that adds a number of advanced features to the official Facebook app. One such feature lies in the ability to download a Facebook video. However, the process may be unknown to many users. Don’t worry as we are here to help. (Make sure you remove the Facebook app from your device before proceeding).
Step one: First off, you need to download the Facebook ++ IPA file. You can download it from here
Step two: Next up, download Cydia Impactor to your computer. After that, connect your iPhone to a computer and then open Cydia Impactor
Step three: Now drag and drop the Facebook ++ IPA file you downloaded earlier onto Cydia Impactor and enter Apple ID and password
Step four: Once you are done, Cydia Impactor will start downloading the app and you should see its icon on your home screen
Step five: Launch the Settings app on your iPhone, then select General and hit Profiles. Tap on your Apple ID and hit the Trust button
Step six: Launch the Facebook ++ app and then select the video you wish to download to your iPhone.
