Jack Siart, a condo owner in Costa Mesa, is offering a white Tesla Model 3 for free to the person that buys his property. The creative move comes in the wake of home prices in the county dropping at record levels, according to real estate website Redfin.
The condo is a $1.4 million property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms covering three floors and 2,300 sq. ft. The Model 3? That’s got less than 5,000 miles on the odometer and was purchased in May 2018 for $51,000.
