Elon Musk Teases Mars Spacecraft Images: Mashable Video

Mars Spacecraft

Mashable has made this video of the images Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk teased on Twitter this week. It shows two different renderings of spacecraft that could eventually carry people to Mars. It includes some SpaceX content from YouTube.

Last month, SpaceX announced that its first lunar-orbit passenger is Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa, who is hoping to take up to eight artists into space with him. Musk also announced recently that the SpaceX Mars Base could be functional in 10 years from now, in 2028.

The Mars spacecraft teased by Musk might not be the exact ones Maezawa might be traveling in, however. These are just renderings for now, but expect them to start showing up for real in a few years.
