Oracle HCM is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application that offers technology solutions for Human Capital Management. Oracle HCM Cloud is a set of cloud-based Human Capital Management services offered by Oracle. HCM Cloud is available in more than 200 regions and 25 languages.

Talent Management Cloud: Looks at the strategic management of talent throughout the talent lifecycle. It includes sourcing and recruiting candidates, goal and performance management, learning and career development, talent review, and succession management.

Workforce Rewards Cloud: Refers to all HR functions that manage any monetary or nonmonetary rewards including compensation, benefits, payroll and sales compensation .

Workforce Management Cloud: Involves all HR functions that are related to positive and negative time management including time and labor, absence management, project portfolio management and expense management.

Worklife Solutions Cloud: Solutions to improve employee engagement with reputation management, wellness tracking, and skill and career development.

HCM Analytics: Set of reporting and analysis tools for gathering business intelligence. Has pre-built dashboards and reports, ability to access HR, recruiting and financial data, analyze current, historical and forward-looking data sets.

In 2018, Gartner named Oracle a leader in the midmarket and large enterprises Cloud HCM segment. Gartner estimates that more than 2,400 customers have purchased Oracle’s Global HR module as of May 2018 (with more than 1,700 estimated to be live).
