Lots of reasons contribute to this result: no time wasted on long commutes, increased flexibility, and savings, too. As a result, remote workers feel satisfied, which reflects on increased productivity.
Admittedly, over 60% of home office workers have a feeling their colleagues think they aren’t contributing enough, but the reality is quite different. Two-thirds of employers agree their remote workers are the more productive part of the workforce.
