Here is where I part from consensus. The market is, in my assessment, anchoring too heavily on the risk that hyperscaler capex eventually peaks or that gross margins are structurally impaired by the Hopper-to-Blackwell transition costs. Both concerns, while not irrational, misread the underlying demand trajectory. Total supply-related commitments rose from $50.3 billion at the end of Q3 to $95.2 billion at the end of Q4 — nearly doubling in a single quarter.
