Apple reportedly launches new MacBook Air in September or October

Apple MacBook lineup is among the best laptops you can buy right now on the market. Apple has been improving its laptops since the day one to compete directly with Windows-based PCs. Apple is selling millions of MacBook units every year, and the number’s set to grow in the future.

In July, Apple announced a huge update to its MacBook Pro series with faster performance and Pro’s exciting features. For some background, the Pro lineup of laptops is the most powerful machine Apple has ever released to the public. This year, Apple added 8th –generation Intel Core processors to its Pro laptops for up to 70 percent speedier performance than its previous models.

The MacBook Pro is specifically designed for professional users who are looking for a laptop with great power and stunning design. Apple is also selling the MacBook Air on the market, but we have not seen a major upgrade added to the Air lineup in recent years. This raises concerns among the community about the chances of Apple discontinuing the Air series.

According to the latest reports, Apple is planning to launch a new MacBook Air later this year. Tech experts claim new MacBook Air models will see a global rollout in September or October. Apple is expected to boost its MacBook sales performance this year. Specifically, the company will ship more MacBook models by the end of the year.

Rumors say that the upcoming MacBook Air will feature the latest Intel’s processors and support for up to 32GB of memory. Besides, the machine will pack a True Tone display and a new generation keyboard. In terms of graphics card, Apple will continue to use the Radeon graphics. This goes against what we heard in previous rumors that future MacBook models will use NVidia’s graphics card.

Speaking of the mobile chipset, Qualcomm and Apple have been in an intense fight as the American chipmaker sues the Cupertino company over contract breach. Sources say that Apple has been working on its own chips used for both Macs and iPhone models.

Apple has been using Radeon graphics card for its MacBook lineup for years. However, the company is trying to reduce dependence on the American firm.
